Project scope
Scope of AMEFS (Asia Manufacturing Expansion Facility Suzhou) project is to
design and construct the expansion of the existing Roche Diagnostics site on
the reserved land in Suzhou, Jiangsu, China for expanded capacity needs from
existing approved product portfolio and identified potential future portfolios.
AMEFS Phase I includes the design and construction of 3 main buildings
providing sufficient space and flexibility for the upcoming requirements for
Production, Laboratory space, Warehouse and supporting buildings like hazardous
goods and guard houses etc.
Who You Are / Qualification and Competence:
* Education Background: Bachelor or above degree, major in civil, structure
or Architecture
* Having 5 to 10 year experience or 10 year experience in the relevant
industry even better
* Previously did a role in EPCM or PCM organization or owner side, well
understand the international project execution way
* Well understand the ITP/ITF, Material sample submission and site mock up,
etc. project quality controlling tools and management systems
* Be Familiar with all kinds of project schedule setting ups, progress
tracking and actions following up and schedule catching up means, and practiced
* Having quality ambition in mind, quality high-end project experience is a
plus
* Having strong and solid civil technical knowledge and skills, nice to have
also knowledge and experience of steel structure
* Having discipline design or design management experience is a nice plus
* Well understand the materials often used in CSA discipline, having a basic
mindset of the material brand market and cost information
* Be familiar with project change management procedure and be value adding
for avoiding unexpected claims from contractors
* Be familiar with relevant building and building fire GB regulations/norms
The Opportunity / Roles and Responsibilities
Take in charge of several civil trade packages from the site Suzhou Operations
for Asia Manufacturing Expansion Facility Suzhou Daily and weekly communicate
and report to CSA lead and the set stakeholders As discipline contact window
from owner side for his discipline trade packages Technical review and comments
for any changes happened during execution and participate in the change review
and approval procedure Design/shop drawing review and comments, Liaison with
design firm for design questions and clarifications during execution PCM,
engineering companies and design consultants discipline to discipline
management Quality management Schedule progress management Partake in tendering
process from technical point of view Ensure project items in his discipline
delivered meet the set URB, company relevant guidelines, directives and local
mandatory regulations Other tasks assigned by CSA lead and/or Project manager
Preferred skills
* Be able to use BIM modelling as one of review tools
* Be skilled at using Excel, word, AutoCAD
* English in read and written is a normal working style
